Change of Mind

As all products are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect selections, or incorrect measurements once production has started.

We strongly recommend reviewing your order and confirming all specifications before final approval.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll assess the issue and arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the fault.

To speed up the process, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once assessed, we’ll advise on the next steps. TWT Aluminium reserves the right to repair or replace the item as the first course of action.

Warranty-Related Claims

All TWT Aluminium products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty covering workmanship and materials. Warranty terms vary by product and installation method. Please retain proof of purchase and follow recommended installation and maintenance procedures to ensure warranty coverage.

Return Conditions (if applicable)

In rare cases where a return is approved:

  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • Return shipping or collection will be arranged at the customer’s expense unless faulty
  • A restocking fee may apply
